DESCRIPTION: For our User Experience practice to be successful, we required easy access to a pool of test participants from our Salesforce user base (300+ were recruited), HCI testing and research methods templates & process guides, and a closed community where practice leaders could guide enthusiastic ICs without a heavy time investment. I envisioned our ecosystem with a fellow leader and personally executed 80+% of the necessary content to bring us online. Multiple enablement sessions took place and within a year, we had 50% of our staff self-supporting user experience tasks on their own without hiring additional resources.
