DESCRIPTION: Highly complex, internally facing pricing calculator tool for Salesforce Salespersons to support accurate scoping in the huge shift of our monetization model from SaaS pricing to consumption-based. Multiple stakeholders and collaboration teams contributed to this priority project. Following LoFi internal iteration rounds, a near-final approved HiFi prototype developed by my team was run through live user testing sessions mapped to a test script. We conducted a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results and concluded with an executive readback. A few samples from our executive-facing readback deck are shown.
