DESCRIPTION: Coming off the highly successful bespoke phase of building bespoke sales microsites for big bet accounts – Requests quickly outpaced creative and technical resources necessitating a scaled self-service solution for deployment. An Experience Cloud-based launchpad, enablement documentation, and a Slack community were spun up to scale delivery. In the first quarter of availability, 49+ microsites were created along with 1,279+ page visits after little promotion and limited maintenance support.
