CHALLENGE: The existing Salesforce Demo Store platform needed a complete redesign to better empower Solution Engineers with easier access to and customization of the latest demo assets.
SOLUTION: Developed a comprehensive two-phase testing approach with clear goals and testing scripts to engage power users. Created an enhanced platform with unified analytics, improved Marketing Cloud integration, and future-proof architecture to support upcoming capabilities like AI data generation.
RESULTS: The successful launch saw over 1,400 views and 300 deployments in the first week, providing Solution Engineers with a significantly improved tool for accessing and customizing demo assets.
