A sales motion that continues today and has been repeated thousands of times, we generally start with a client workshop to document a typical existing customer interaction experience, pain points, and aspirational opportunities. We then craft an ideal customer experience and visualize that customer’s interactions from awareness through retention phases in a highly animated Google Slides or PowerPoint presentation.
